    is this good for girls who havent started pointe?

    I really want to get on pointe this season, which of these would you recommend to get me on pointe fastest?

    This item is a great tool for strengthening. We would recommend starting with the Medium resistance, which is style number BH511.

    this one is great for pre-pointe! i want to go on pointe too and this seemed like a great thing, its perfect and comes with a book of mini exercises, if you this about every night by flexing and pointing your foot and and working on each toe individually you will get there! - Vero (03/04/2014)

    I recommend the heavy weight band. At first I thought it might be too strong, but it was perfect! I bought this to achieve the same goal and just 2 weeks after using this along with my foot stretcher my teacher said she noticed improvement in my ankle strength and foot flexibility.
