    Can these cover pointe shoes or flat shoes if you order a size larger than you normally would?

    This item is more of a slipper sock intended only for wear indoors. While you certainly could wear them over your shoes, I would not recommend it as that is not their intended use.

    Are the shoe sizes shown in the sizing guide shoe sizes for street shoes or pointe shoes?

    The shoe sizes given are based off of street shoe.

    sizing

    i am a size 9 should i get the medium or large bc the size chart says m:7-9 L:9-11. so basically do they runn smaller or larger

    Since you are in between sizes you may want to go up to the next size to avoid them being too small.
