I need a 41.5 D. What size is that in your American sizing? Thanks

This would be 10.5-11 in Us Sizing.

    Size?

I am confused on the size. I am a guy and I wear a size 8.5 in US mens sizes. What size should I get??

The suggested fitting for this shoe is to order the same to a half size larger than your street shoe size. Since you wear 8.5, the recommendation would be to order an 8.5 or 9. This is just a recommendation since sizing is not guaranteed.
