The tap shoes I purchased for my daughter (who is 6 but has a size 4 shoes (needed size 6 ladies tap shoe)- finally found the right fit and size!! these shoes are very durable with patent finish, taps well ratcheted and sound fabulous during her tap class- the black bows at just the right flair and complete her jazz/tap look (also purchased black bloch leotard and long jazz pants)- I recommend this product highly!!

YBMOM06/11/2015DECENT BEGINNER SHOE: RUNS REALLY SMALL
Ordered two pairs. My 5yr old wears 11 street shoe so I ordered 13W and they fit perfectly. My 7yr old wears size 4 street shoe and ordered 6.5W women's and they were tooooooo small. Unfortunately my oldest daughter has wide feet and even their wide is still narrow. My 5yr old does NOT have wide feet but ordering a wide made them very comfortable for her. We don't have a local store for dance items so ordering is a guessing game. I will be re-ordering a 7.5W in this brand and also another brand. Overall these are basic no frills tap shoes good enough for beginners.

JamieBurke06/07/2015MY FIRST TAP SHOES
These are my first tap shoes and I know they are beginners but I was hoping for better quality. These are comfortable to wear but don't look like they will last long.

BeginningTapper04/11/2014PERFECT FIT ON THE FIRST TRY.
I just got my first pair of tap shoes! I've been wanting to tap, but have never taken any dance lessons, so I didn't want to put a lot of money into an activity I wasn't sure I would end up liking. These shoes are incredibly affordable and they were delivered promptly.
I was worried about the fit, as I've read reviews for other shoes and the sizing was all over the place! I ordered size Adult 11M, which is what I normally wear. Upon putting them on, they are nice and snug. They fit just right! This is one of the only sites that advertise inexpensive shoes in this large of size.
I don't know how durable they are, but I know the size is great.

Do these shoes already have the taps on them?
Yes, the T9000 does come with the taps attached. - DDS Customer Service (02/18/2014)
I'm just starting tap this year and I was wondering if this particular shoe has a long lifespan? I would only have 3 classes per week at 90 minutes each. Thank you!:)
This shoe is a good, solid, comfortable shoe that is great for light or average use. If you are looking for a shoe that's going to stand up to medium or hard use, without paying a huge amount, I would suggest style #DN3710L or #T401. - DDS Customer Service (07/15/2013)
These shoes are beginners so I don't think they'll have a long life span. - Jamieburke (06/07/2015)
