Ferrari07/01/2015GREAT SHOE, COMFORTABLE AND DURABLE
I oved these shoes when I first purchased them. Now I am on my second pair, the only complaint is that the heels on the second pair are shorter and don't go up as high, they won't stay on without the elastic. I give it a 4 for comfort because of that, the first pair I would rate a 5.

I love these pointe shoes! Very similar to Grishko's, but slightly more comfortable. Flattering to medium-arched feet. Break in and shape to your feet very well. I would definitely recommend these if you like Grishko's but are still looking around!

Drapergirl13 04/01/2015 Age: 17 or under How does the width and shank hardness compare to a Grishko 2007?
I have Grishko 2007 hard shanks that I broke through in a month, is the extra hard any harder, and how does the width compare?
what is the difference between a square box and a tapered box? will it make a difference depending o
The tapered box gradually gets more narrow towards the shoe point. - DDS Customer Service (03/11/2013)
A tapered box narrows at the toe; a square box stays the same width and looks more "square", hence the name. If your foot narrows at the end, it would probably be best to get the tapered box; if your foot is the same width everywhere, you should get the square box.
Remember that everyone's feet are different though, so before purchasing these shoes, you might want to try them in a store instead of buying them online, just to make sure they have the fit you want. - Gabagail (04/04/2013)
I wear through a pair of grishko 5XXX medium strength shoes in a month to three months how long do these last? and how do they break in, where do they get soft? what size comparedly would i wear?
There is no true way to tell how long this Pointe shoe will last a dancer, how they break in or where they get soft, there are many different variables to take into consideration, such as how many hours a day/week they dance, strength of the dancer's foot etc. Typically a Pointe shoe last approximately 8-12 hours Pointe time. This shoe's suggested fitting on Style WM129T is 2 sizes down from your street shoe.. - DDS Customer Service (10/04/2012)
