We ship all orders less than 10 lbs expedited ground freight. Receive free freight (continental USA) on orders over $39 with use of code. Otherwise, orders less than 1 lb for a flat rate of $5.95 and $8.95 for orders greater than 1 lb. Delivery times may vary based on delivery zip code. SAVING MY FEET!
This helps so much! I teach eight hour blocks at a time and my feet were needing something a little stronger than a tennis ball. I will never be without one of these again as long as I teach!

GREAT FOR TIRED FEET
I have used a lot of different types of foot rollers and this one is my absolute favorite. It does a great job rolling and massaging out knots on my tired, sore feet.

FANTASTIC FOR ROLLING OUT YOUR FEET
I got this to help stretch out my feet before class because the regular tennis balls and things like that weren't working so well. From the start, it felt great to roll my feet on! I brought it to roll my feet out before class, and i noticed such a difference! My demi point was much higher, and my feet felt as if I had already been dancing and they were all warmed up. For reference, I am a ballerina. I'm not on pointe yet, (late starter) but will be soon. I will definitely use this when I go on pointe too! I recommend this to ANYBODY! and the price isn't half bad, either
