what is the difference between the orange band and the yellow one?

They are two different widths and therefore, two different strengths. One will be stronger than the other.
    - DDS Customer Service (02/24/2014)

Gaynor Minden has since updated their information: the white band is stronger and has more resistance than the pink band. The exercises in the booklet are intended for more repetitions at lower resistance, to develop long muscles for ballet, so these bands have relatively light resistance. - Ddsmarketing (03/09/2016)

    Band strength?

What are the strengths of these? Is one stronger than the other?

These are just the standard resistance. However, we do offer Bunheads Exercise Bands which come in 3 different strengths. The style numbers are BH511, BH512, and BH513
