Womens Canvas "Hanami" Pirouette Shoes

My daughter favors these turn shoes because they are softer and more stretchy to the foot. She's 12, a size 7 women's street shoe, and gets a medium in size. She also prefers this shoe due to it doesn't have a hard seam under the arch of the foot that pushes into her skin like the other brands.

Canvas Hanami Pirouettes are the perfect fit, comfort and durability needed for a very busy dance team. Quick changes and floor work can be brutal but these lyrical shoes hold up very nicely.

Purchased for my daughter. Sizes are smaller than appeared. She is 9 yr old and 1.5 sneaker shoe size in kids. She needed to size to Adult Small. Usually she preferred the Sophia Capezio with the grip on the bottom rather than leather, but with this she, she said to me it was the best transition she ever made. Her turns are much better now than ever before!

My daughter loves these shoes. She says they don't have the big thick pleats in the toes , so they are awesome to turn on. My only iffy thing is they don't last for a long time. The material is really soft and wears out faster.

I got thesse for my grandaughter. She is in a dance class again this year. We did not have time last year to get the shoes she needed ( a last min start to the class) She is thrilled to have the shoes and looks forward to the class and the upcomming dance recital.

Since I was a dancer/dance teacher and have taken my daughter from preschool dancer to D1college dance team member, Discount Dance has been an essential part of our lives. We bought these as a back up in case of a very slippery floor for competition ( she is usually wearing black socks) We order per the sizing guide and her tan shoes. When they arrived the barely fit. She can wear them in a pinch but won't be a daily wear shoe.

I love these shoes SOOOOO MUCH!!!I ordered so many pairs over the years, and instantly fell in love with these. They are so comfortable and don't feel like you are going to slip while dancing! Definitely a must-have for all dancers!!!!!

I wear street shoe 9.5, but ordered both XL and XXL to try out based on the comments. I decided to go with the XXL. The XL was just a little too tight, width-wise and length-wise.

My daughter wears a size 5 street shoe, ordered a size S for shoe size 6-7 and they did not fit!!! Very disappointed!!!

My older daughter loves these shoes - very comfortable and easy to dance in (she is 24) but I've noticed not nearly as durable as a leather shoe. I recently purchased for my younger daughter - I followed the size chart but she can't even get them on her feet!

Tried these because the previous brand discontinued the model my daughter wore. She tried several different types and these were by far the most comfortable. They stayed put and did not slip. The canvas is a lighter color than many other brands and matched her skin tone perfectly.

I got these shoes in the size that was recommended in the size chart and they fit great. A little tight my first time wearing them, but they do stretch with each wear. I'm disappointed that only after 2 hours of wear, the smaller of the 2 elastics is already separating from the bottom of the shoe. Will probably try a different brand once these are no longer wearable... which will probably only be a few more classes unfortunately.

Got these for students and they are amazing. These are the only Turner's that come in a mocha color and my students really loved that it matched there skin color.

Our studio requires these shoes for competition. They are very comfortable and the skin color match is great however, they do not last long. Most of the girls have gone through 2-3 pairs within 3-4 months, because they get holes in them.

So happy to finally find a shoe company that make shoes in many skin tones as dancers are not all Light Suntan. Having options for our dancers that have darker skin tones is awesome-keep it up!

Seriously comfortable! So soft and stretchy like dancing with nothing but able to turn better than bare feet. Ran true to size for me but I know my actual shoe size. Nearly 90% of women/girls actually do not. My only gripe is the heel strap coming off. Though I've never had a lyrical shoe that didn't have that happen on.
