The satin "Triumph" pointe shoe was created based on the customizations most requested by world-famous ballerinas, with a broad platform, handmade, extra-flat sole of special anti-slip leather, lower heel fabric, and 3/4-length shank with an innovative roll-through design. My daughter has what's called a Greek style shaped foot, but when she's on point, her toes and metatarsals get narrow. She also needs higher wings on her pointe shoes, so we were SO happy to find this style, which comes in many different widths and with higher wings on the toe box. Since wearing them, she's been able to do triple pirouettes, and they are comfortable. The only thing I wish Nikolay would change is to make more styles available with elastic drawstrings. I actually had to open and re-string these carefully with some elastic drawstrings from her other Russian Pointe pair. The cotton drawstrings don't work with her disappearing heel. Also, she used to use elastic ribbon with her Russian Pointe, and with these Nikolay, she switched back to satin ribbon, which kept her heel of shoe on as she rolled through.

WONDERFUL SHOE
I love my grishkos, they work great for my feet. These do get a little wider as they break in, so make sure to get fitted properly before ordering online. They do die fairly quick, I got the medium shank and that last barely 2 weeks (I am still a student, so that is quite fast), but nothing jet glue couldn’t help save. Overall love them!
