By all meaurements given, this LXL is a skirt that should fit a child who wears a 12-14..like it states. It is in fact SO small it looks much more like a size 6x...and that is being generous. Instead of my kid wearing it...I know a very small 7 year old who is about to receive it instead. Definitely buy a size...or two...up.

VERY PRETTY. VERY TINY.
I got a child L/XL, but it was super tiny. It fits my younger daughter though. She got a lot of compliments at dance tonight.
