We ship all orders less than 10 lbs expedited ground freight. Receive free freight (continental USA) on orders over $39 with use of code. There are a few things I like about these leggings. First, the fabric is great! Stretchy, soft, feels nice on skin. Second, it's high waist so it's very comfy. Third, it stays up bec it has a thin band on top but it's not thick as to bother you when you move. The length is a little long for my daughter but..it's nice if you have longer legs. So she just wears it a little scrunched on the bottom but not too bad. It doesn't bother her. Plus as she grows taller she can still wear it.
